In consideration of my entry ad participation to the intraining Running groups and programs organised by intraining Running Centre Pty Ltd and Love to Run Pty Ltd, I, my heirs, executors and administrators release and forever discharge the Intraining Running Centre Pty Ltd , the Intraining Running and Triathlon Club Inc, and Love to Run Pty Ltd, their servants, agents, subcontractors and coaches, instrumentalities and all voluntary community groups assisting with this activity, all sponsors, producers their agents and representatives of all liabilities, claims, damages or costs which I may have against them arising out of, or in any way connected with my participation in this training session. I understand this waiver includes claims based on negligence, action or inaction of any of the above parties.
I fully recognise the difficulties of participating in the training sessions, endurance running and other physical activities related to running and declare that I am physically fit and able to participate safely and have not been told otherwise by a medically qualified person.
I fully understand the safety requirements for training with the intraining groups.
If I am under 18 years old my parents are in agreement with my participation in this activity.
I understand the requirements to run with the groups when it is dark is with the minimum of a running light, and preferred white or reflective clothing. I will not attend if I am unwell.
