Lesson 4: The Sessions Copy

This is the intraining Marathon School Module 1 Lesson 4 on training sessions. 

You should have completed Lessons 1 to 3 on goal setting and training principles before starting this lesson.

In this lesson I will be describing the types of sessions that you can fit into your training program.This lesson leads on to creating a long term plan in lesson 5 and creating your program in lesson 6.
