Run or run / walk 5K.
Record how far you were able to run before stopping.
If you can already run 5km, record how fast you were able to run this.

Let’s make this easier for you… Use parkrun where there are people around you or the Beginners group session on a Monday night. Find a friend who could come and motivate you that day. Don’t forget to let your coaches know on Facebook or at training.

Coaching Tip: Go out even more slowly, and stop before you run out of breath, walk for a couple of minutes then try again. Record the time you were able to run and if you also know the distance your covered
