This is our coaching team’s philosophy and it really works!  

Develop your speed as you improve your endurance.  Our Couch to 10K Program gives you a mix of speed and strength drills. 

We’ll also teach you how to sense the difference between a 5K, 10K and easy running pace. 

You’ll set and run unthinkable personal bests

Our Couch to 10K Program aims to improve your running fitness so that you get faster and feel more confident as you progress.

We’ll teach you the difference between Fartlek, tempo and interval runs.  By following the Program and staying connected with your coaches, you’ll  be achieving running goals you never thought imaginable.

Our Program caters to busy lives

With intraining’s Couch to 10K Program you’ll only need a maximum of three runs per week to go from zero to hero.  

You can do them on your own or join one of our training groups throughout Brisbane.  Can’t make training groups? No problem! You’ll have access to your coaches online.
